Star ब्रह्मांड में इतनी बड़ी संख्या में मौजूद हैं कि वैज्ञानिकों का अनुमान है कि ब्रह्मांड में पृथ्वी के सभी रेत के कणों से भी अधिक तारे हैं। पृथ्वी पर रेत के हर कण को गिनना असंभव है, लेकिन अनुमान के अनुसार यहाँ लगभग 7.5 क्विंटिलियन रेत के कण हो सकते हैं। वहीं, दिखाई देने वाले ब्रह्मांड में सेप्टिलियन्स की संख्या में तारे मौजूद हो सकते हैं, जो इससे कहीं अधिक है। केवल हमारी आकाशगंगा, Milky Way में ही अरबों तारे हैं। यह तथ्य अंतरिक्ष की विशालता और उसके रहस्यों को दर्शाता है।

Star are so numerous in the universe that scientists estimate there are more stars than all the grains of sand on Earth. While counting every grain of sand is impossible, estimates suggest Earth has around 7.5 quintillion grains of sand, while the observable universe may contain septillions of stars—an unimaginably larger number. Our galaxy, the Milky Way alone contains hundreds of billions of stars, and there are billions of galaxies in the universe. This incredible fact shows just how vast and mysterious space truly is, filling us with wonder about what lies beyond our world.
