परिचय

Human Physiology (मानव शरीर क्रिया विज्ञान) जीव विज्ञान की वह शाखा है जिसमें मानव शरीर के विभिन्न अंगों, अंग-तंत्रों तथा उनकी कार्यप्रणाली का अध्ययन किया जाता है।

Bihar STET Biology की तैयारी के लिए Human Physiology एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। इसमें पाचन, श्वसन, रक्त परिसंचरण, उत्सर्जन, तंत्रिका तंत्र, अंतःस्रावी तंत्र, मांसपेशी, कंकाल तथा मानव प्रजनन जैसे topics महत्वपूर्ण हैं।


1. मानव शरीर का संगठन

मानव शरीर में संरचना का क्रम सामान्यतः इस प्रकार होता है:

Cell → Tissue → Organ → Organ System → Organism

Cell

जीवन की मूलभूत संरचनात्मक और क्रियात्मक इकाई।

Tissue

समान संरचना और कार्य वाली कोशिकाओं का समूह।

Organ

विभिन्न tissues से मिलकर बना संरचनात्मक और कार्यात्मक भाग।

Organ System

कई organs मिलकर किसी विशेष कार्य को पूरा करने के लिए organ system बनाते हैं।

मानव शरीर में प्रमुख organ systems हैं:

3. पाचन तंत्र (Digestive System)

Digestive system का मुख्य कार्य भोजन को छोटे, अवशोषण योग्य molecules में बदलना है।

पाचन तंत्र के प्रमुख अंग

Mouth → Pharynx → Oesophagus → Stomach → Small Intestine → Large Intestine → Rectum → Anus

सहायक अंग:

  • Salivary glands

  • Liver

  • Gallbladder

  • Pancreas


4. मुख और लार

भोजन का पाचन mouth से शुरू होता है।

Salivary glands से saliva निकलता है।

Saliva में salivary amylase पाया जाता है, जो starch के digestion में सहायता करता है।

जीभ के कार्य

  • भोजन को मिलाना

  • भोजन को निगलने में सहायता

  • स्वाद का अनुभव


5. Oesophagus

Oesophagus एक muscular tube है जो food को mouth से stomach तक पहुँचाती है।

Food को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए peristalsis होती है।


6. Stomach

Stomach एक muscular sac है।

इसके प्रमुख कार्य:

  • Food storage

  • Mechanical mixing

  • Protein digestion की शुरुआत

  • Gastric juice secretion

Gastric Juice

Gastric juice में प्रमुख रूप से:

  • Hydrochloric Acid (HCl)

  • Pepsinogen

  • Gastric mucus

पाए जाते हैं।

HCl acidic environment बनाता है और pepsinogen को सक्रिय होकर pepsin बनने में सहायता करता है।

Pepsin proteins के digestion में महत्वपूर्ण enzyme है।


7. Small Intestine

Small intestine पाचन और nutrient absorption का प्रमुख स्थान है।

इसके तीन प्रमुख भाग:

  1. Duodenum

  2. Jejunum

  3. Ileum

Small intestine की inner surface पर villi और microvilli पाए जाते हैं।

इनसे absorption के लिए surface area बढ़ता है।


8. Liver

Liver मानव शरीर की सबसे बड़ी internal gland है।

प्रमुख कार्य

  • Bile production

  • Carbohydrate metabolism

  • Protein metabolism

  • Lipid metabolism

  • Detoxification

  • Glycogen storage

  • कुछ plasma proteins का synthesis

Bile

Bile liver में बनता है और gallbladder में store हो सकता है।

Bile fats को emulsify करने में सहायता करता है।


9. Pancreas

Pancreas एक महत्वपूर्ण digestive और endocrine organ है।

Pancreatic juice में विभिन्न digestive enzymes पाए जाते हैं।

यह carbohydrates, proteins और fats के digestion में सहायता करता है।

Pancreas के endocrine भाग से:

  • Insulin

  • Glucagon

जैसे hormones निकलते हैं।


10. Large Intestine

Large intestine का मुख्य कार्य:

  • Water absorption

  • Electrolyte absorption

  • Feces formation

इसके प्रमुख भाग:

  • Caecum

  • Colon

  • Rectum


11. श्वसन तंत्र (Respiratory System)

Respiratory system का मुख्य कार्य oxygen ग्रहण करना और carbon dioxide बाहर निकालना है।

प्रमुख अंग

  • Nose

  • Nasal cavity

  • Pharynx

  • Larynx

  • Trachea

  • Bronchi

  • Bronchioles

  • Lungs


12. Lungs

मानव में दो lungs होते हैं।

Lungs में छोटी-छोटी air sacs होती हैं जिन्हें alveoli कहा जाता है।

Alveoli में:

  • Oxygen का blood में diffusion

  • Carbon dioxide का blood से alveoli में diffusion

होता है।

Alveoli की बड़ी संख्या और पतली दीवारें gas exchange के लिए उपयुक्त होती हैं।


13. Breathing

Breathing के दो मुख्य चरण हैं:

Inspiration

हवा lungs में प्रवेश करती है।

Expiration

हवा lungs से बाहर निकलती है।

इस प्रक्रिया में diaphragm और intercostal muscles महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।


14. Cellular Respiration

Cells में nutrients से energy प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया cellular respiration कहलाती है।

Aerobic respiration में oxygen की उपस्थिति में glucose का oxidation होता है।

सामान्यीकृत समीकरण:

Glucose + Oxygen → Carbon dioxide + Water + Energy (ATP)

ATP कोशिका की प्रमुख energy currency है।


15. रक्त परिसंचरण तंत्र (Circulatory System)

Circulatory system के प्रमुख components हैं:

  • Heart

  • Blood

  • Blood vessels

इसका कार्य oxygen, nutrients, hormones और metabolic wastes को transport करना है।


16. Human Heart

मानव हृदय एक muscular organ है।

इसमें चार chambers होते हैं:

  1. Right Atrium

  2. Right Ventricle

  3. Left Atrium

  4. Left Ventricle

Heart Valves

मुख्य valves:

  • Tricuspid Valve

  • Bicuspid/Mitral Valve

  • Pulmonary Valve

  • Aortic Valve

Valves blood के backflow को रोकने में सहायता करते हैं।


17. Blood Circulation

Human circulatory system में दो प्रमुख circuits होते हैं:

Pulmonary Circulation

Heart और lungs के बीच blood circulation।

Systemic Circulation

Heart और शरीर के अन्य tissues के बीच circulation।


18. Blood

Blood एक connective tissue है।

इसके प्रमुख components:

Plasma

Blood का liquid component।

RBC

Red Blood Cells में hemoglobin पाया जाता है।

मुख्य कार्य:

Oxygen transport

WBC

White Blood Cells शरीर की immune defense में महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

Platelets

Blood clotting में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।


19. Blood Groups

ABO blood group system में मुख्य blood groups हैं:

  • A

  • B

  • AB

  • O

Rh system में:

  • Rh positive

  • Rh negative

महत्वपूर्ण है।

Blood transfusion में donor और recipient की compatibility का ध्यान रखना आवश्यक है।


20. रक्तचाप (Blood Pressure)

Blood pressure वह pressure है जो circulating blood blood vessel की walls पर डालता है।

दो प्रमुख readings:

Systolic Pressure

Heart contraction के दौरान pressure।

Diastolic Pressure

Heart relaxation के दौरान pressure।


21. उत्सर्जन तंत्र (Excretory System)

Excretory system metabolic waste को शरीर से बाहर निकालने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

24. Nervous System

Nervous system शरीर के विभिन्न functions का coordination और control करता है।

इसके दो प्रमुख भाग:

Central Nervous System

  • Brain

  • Spinal Cord

Peripheral Nervous System

CNS से जुड़े nerves और ganglia।


25. Neuron

Neuron nervous system की structural and functional unit है।

मुख्य भाग:

  • Cell body

  • Dendrites

  • Axon

Dendrites

Signals receive करने में महत्वपूर्ण।

Axon

Nerve impulse को आगे transmit करता है।


26. Brain

Brain के प्रमुख भाग:

  • Cerebrum

  • Cerebellum

  • Brainstem

  • Diencephalon आदि

Cerebrum

  • Thinking

Cerebellum

  • Balance

27. Spinal Cord

Spinal cord brain और शरीर के बीच signals के transmission में महत्वपूर्ण है।

यह कई reflex actions में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।


28. Reflex Action

किसी stimulus के प्रति होने वाली तेज और सामान्यतः involuntary response को reflex action कहते हैं।

उदाहरण:

गर्म वस्तु छूने पर हाथ तुरंत पीछे हटाना।

Reflex pathway में reflex arc महत्वपूर्ण है।


29. Endocrine System

Endocrine system hormones के माध्यम से शरीर के विभिन्न functions को regulate करता है।

मुख्य endocrine glands:

  • Pituitary

  • Thyroid

  • Parathyroid

  • Adrenal

  • Pancreas

  • Pineal

  • Gonads


30. Pituitary Gland

Pituitary को अक्सर Master Gland कहा जाता है क्योंकि इसके कई hormones अन्य endocrine glands के functions को regulate करते हैं।

31. Thyroid Gland

Thyroid gland मुख्यतः thyroid hormones बनाती है।

इनके hormones में:

34. Pancreatic Hormones

Pancreas के endocrine part से मुख्यतः:

Insulin

Blood glucose को कम करने में सहायता करता है।

Glucagon

35. Skeletal System

Adult human skeleton में सामान्यतः 206 bones होती हैं।

36. Axial और Appendicular Skeleton

Axial Skeleton

इसमें मुख्यतः:

37. Muscular System

Muscles movement और कई body functions में महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

  • Voluntary

  • Bones से जुड़ी होती है

Smooth Muscle

  • Involuntary

38. Human Reproductive System

Human reproduction sexual reproduction का उदाहरण है।

Male Reproductive System

मुख्य organs:

Testes sperm और testosterone production से संबंधित हैं।

Female Reproductive System

मुख्य organs:

39. Menstrual Cycle

Menstrual cycle reproductive-age females में होने वाली cyclic physiological changes की प्रक्रिया है।

  3. Ovulation

  4. Luteal Phase

इसमें मुख्य hormones:

  • FSH
