Bihar STET Biology Cell Biology Complete Notes in Hindi. Learn cell structure, cell organelles, prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, mitosis, meiosis, cell cycle and important exam points.


परिचय

Cell Biology जीव विज्ञान की वह शाखा है जिसमें कोशिका (Cell) की संरचना, कार्य, प्रकार, कोशिकांग (Cell Organelles), कोशिका विभाजन तथा कोशिका की विभिन्न जैविक प्रक्रियाओं का अध्ययन किया जाता है।

Bihar STET Biology की तैयारी के लिए Cell Biology एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। इससे संबंधित प्रश्नों में कोशिका की संरचना, कोशिकांगों के कार्य, Prokaryotic और Eukaryotic cells, Plant और Animal cells तथा Mitosis और Meiosis जैसे topics महत्वपूर्ण हैं।


1. कोशिका क्या है?

कोशिका (Cell) जीवों की संरचनात्मक और क्रियात्मक इकाई है।

कोशिका शब्द का प्रयोग सबसे पहले Robert Hooke ने 1665 में किया था। उन्होंने कॉर्क की पतली slice का सूक्ष्मदर्शी से अध्ययन करते समय छोटे-छोटे कक्ष देखे और उन्हें "Cell" नाम दिया।

हालांकि Hooke द्वारा देखी गई संरचनाएँ मृत कोशिकाओं की cell walls थीं।

Cell Theory

Cell Theory मुख्य रूप से Matthias Schleiden और Theodor Schwann द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई थी।

इसके प्रमुख बिंदु:

  1. सभी जीवित जीव कोशिकाओं से बने होते हैं।

  2. कोशिका जीवों की मूलभूत संरचनात्मक और क्रियात्मक इकाई है।

  3. नई कोशिकाएँ पहले से मौजूद कोशिकाओं से उत्पन्न होती हैं।

इस तीसरे सिद्धांत को बाद में Rudolf Virchow ने स्पष्ट किया।

"Omnis cellula e cellula" का अर्थ है — प्रत्येक कोशिका पूर्ववर्ती कोशिका से उत्पन्न होती है।


2. कोशिका के प्रमुख प्रकार

संरचना के आधार पर कोशिकाओं को मुख्यतः दो प्रकारों में बाँटा जाता है:

1. Prokaryotic Cell

2. Eukaryotic Cell


3. Prokaryotic Cell

Prokaryotic cells अपेक्षाकृत सरल और छोटी कोशिकाएँ होती हैं।

उदाहरण:

  • Bacteria

  • Cyanobacteria

  • Mycoplasma

इनमें सामान्यतः सुस्पष्ट membrane-bound nucleus नहीं होता।

DNA कोशिका के एक क्षेत्र में पाया जाता है जिसे Nucleoid कहा जाता है।

Prokaryotic Cell की विशेषताएँ

  • True nucleus अनुपस्थित।

  • Nuclear membrane अनुपस्थित।

  • Membrane-bound organelles सामान्यतः अनुपस्थित।

  • DNA सामान्यतः circular होता है।

  • Ribosomes 70S प्रकार के होते हैं।

  • Cell wall सामान्यतः उपस्थित होती है।

  • आकार सामान्यतः छोटा होता है।

  • Binary fission द्वारा प्रजनन कर सकते हैं।


4. Eukaryotic Cell

Eukaryotic cells अधिक जटिल कोशिकाएँ होती हैं।

उदाहरण:

  • Plant cells

  • Animal cells

  • Fungi

  • Protists

इनमें एक स्पष्ट membrane-bound nucleus पाया जाता है।

Eukaryotic Cell की विशेषताएँ

  • True nucleus उपस्थित।

  • Nuclear membrane उपस्थित।

  • कई membrane-bound organelles उपस्थित।

  • DNA मुख्यतः linear chromosomes के रूप में होता है।

  • Cytoplasmic ribosomes सामान्यतः 80S होते हैं।

  • कोशिका संरचना Prokaryotic cell की तुलना में अधिक जटिल होती है।


5. Plant Cell और Animal Cell

Plant और Animal दोनों Eukaryotic cells हैं, लेकिन दोनों में कुछ महत्वपूर्ण अंतर होते हैं।

6. कोशिका झिल्ली (Plasma Membrane)

Plasma membrane कोशिका की बाहरी सीमा बनाती है।

यह मुख्यतः:

  • Lipids

  • Proteins

  • Carbohydrates

से बनी होती है।

Plasma membrane को Selectively Permeable Membrane कहा जाता है क्योंकि यह कुछ पदार्थों को अंदर या बाहर जाने देती है और कुछ को रोकती है।

Fluid Mosaic Model

Plasma membrane की संरचना को समझाने के लिए Fluid Mosaic Model Singer और Nicolson ने 1972 में प्रस्तावित किया।

इसके अनुसार lipid bilayer में proteins विभिन्न स्थानों पर स्थित होते हैं और membrane की संरचना गतिशील होती है।


7. Plasma Membrane के कार्य

  • कोशिका की सुरक्षा करना।

  • कोशिका के अंदर और बाहर पदार्थों के आवागमन को नियंत्रित करना।

  • Cell signaling में भूमिका निभाना।

  • विभिन्न receptors को धारण करना।

  • कोशिका और बाहरी वातावरण के बीच संपर्क बनाए रखना।


8. पदार्थों का परिवहन

कोशिका झिल्ली के माध्यम से पदार्थों का परिवहन मुख्यतः दो प्रकार से होता है:

Passive Transport

इसमें ऊर्जा (ATP) की आवश्यकता नहीं होती।

इसके उदाहरण:

  • Diffusion

  • Osmosis

  • Facilitated Diffusion

Diffusion

पदार्थों का अधिक concentration वाले क्षेत्र से कम concentration वाले क्षेत्र की ओर जाना diffusion कहलाता है।

Osmosis

अर्धपारगम्य झिल्ली के माध्यम से जल का कम solute concentration वाले क्षेत्र से अधिक solute concentration वाले क्षेत्र की ओर जाना osmosis कहलाता है।


Active Transport

इसमें कोशिका को ऊर्जा की आवश्यकता होती है।

पदार्थों को concentration gradient के विरुद्ध भी transport किया जा सकता है।

उदाहरण: Sodium-Potassium Pump


9. कोशिका भित्ति (Cell Wall)

Cell wall पौधों की कोशिका के बाहर पाई जाने वाली कठोर संरचना है।

Plant cell wall मुख्यतः:

  • Cellulose

  • Hemicellulose

  • Pectin

से बनी होती है।

Cell Wall के कार्य

  • कोशिका को मजबूती देना।

  • कोशिका को आकार प्रदान करना।

  • बाहरी दबाव से सुरक्षा करना।

  • कोशिका को अत्यधिक जल ग्रहण करने से बचाने में सहायता करना।

Bacteria में cell wall की संरचना मुख्यतः Peptidoglycan से संबंधित होती है।


10. Cytoplasm

Plasma membrane और nucleus के बीच का क्षेत्र जिसमें cytosol तथा विभिन्न कोशिकीय संरचनाएँ होती हैं, cytoplasm कहलाता है।

Cytoplasm में अनेक metabolic reactions होती हैं।


11. Nucleus

Nucleus को सामान्यतः कोशिका का control centre कहा जाता है।

इसमें genetic material पाया जाता है।

Nucleus के मुख्य भाग

  1. Nuclear Envelope

  2. Nucleoplasm

  3. Nucleolus

  4. Chromatin

Nuclear Envelope

Nucleus को घेरने वाली double membrane nuclear envelope कहलाती है।

इसमें nuclear pores पाए जाते हैं, जिनके माध्यम से nucleus और cytoplasm के बीच पदार्थों का आदान-प्रदान होता है।

Nucleolus

Nucleolus nucleus के अंदर पाया जाने वाला घना क्षेत्र है।

यह मुख्यतः ribosomal RNA (rRNA) और ribosome assembly से संबंधित है।


12. Chromosome

Chromosomes DNA और proteins से बने होते हैं।

DNA में genetic information stored होती है।

मुख्य शब्द

Gene: DNA का वह functional segment जो किसी functional product की जानकारी रखता है।

Chromatin: DNA तथा associated proteins का complex।

Cell division के दौरान chromatin अधिक condensed होकर chromosomes के रूप में दिखाई देता है।


13. Mitochondria

Mitochondria को कोशिका का Powerhouse of the Cell कहा जाता है।

यह cellular respiration और ATP production में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

Mitochondria में:

  • Outer membrane

  • Inner membrane

  • Intermembrane space

  • Matrix

पाए जाते हैं।

Inner membrane पर folds को Cristae कहा जाता है।

Mitochondria की विशेषताएँ

  • Double membrane organelle है।

  • अपना DNA रखता है।

  • अपने ribosomes होते हैं।

  • ATP production में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका।

  • अधिकांशतः maternal inheritance के संदर्भ में महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है।


14. Chloroplast

Chloroplast मुख्यतः plant cells और कुछ algae में पाया जाता है।

यह photosynthesis का प्रमुख organelle है।

Chloroplast में:

  • Outer membrane

  • Inner membrane

  • Stroma

  • Thylakoids

  • Grana

पाए जाते हैं।

Thylakoid membranes के stacks को Grana कहा जाता है।

Chloroplast के कार्य

  • Photosynthesis

  • प्रकाश ऊर्जा को chemical energy में बदलने में भूमिका

  • Carbohydrate synthesis

Chlorophyll मुख्यतः chloroplast के thylakoid membrane में पाया जाता है।


15. Ribosome

Ribosome को Protein Factory of the Cell कहा जाता है।

इसका मुख्य कार्य Protein Synthesis है।

Ribosomes membrane-bound organelles नहीं हैं।

Ribosome के प्रकार

Prokaryotes में:

70S = 50S + 30S

Eukaryotic cytoplasm में:

80S = 60S + 40S

Mitochondria और chloroplast में 70S-type ribosomes पाए जाते हैं।


16. Endoplasmic Reticulum

Endoplasmic Reticulum या ER एक membrane-bound network है।

इसके दो प्रमुख प्रकार हैं:

  1. Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum

  2. Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum


Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum

इसके surface पर ribosomes पाए जाते हैं।

मुख्य कार्य

  • Protein synthesis

  • Protein processing

  • Protein transport में भूमिका


Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum

इसकी surface पर ribosomes नहीं होते।

मुख्य कार्य

  • Lipid synthesis

  • Steroid synthesis

  • Detoxification

  • Calcium storage में भूमिका


17. Golgi Apparatus

Golgi apparatus को Camillo Golgi ने खोजा था।

यह flattened membrane-bound sacs से बना होता है जिन्हें cisternae कहा जाता है।

Golgi Apparatus के कार्य

  • Proteins का modification

  • Sorting

  • Packaging

  • Secretion

  • Lysosome formation में भूमिका

Golgi apparatus को कोशिका का Packaging and Distribution Centre भी कहा जाता है।


18. Lysosome

Lysosomes membrane-bound organelles हैं जिनमें hydrolytic enzymes पाए जाते हैं।

इन्हें अक्सर Suicidal Bags of the Cell कहा जाता है।

Lysosome के कार्य

  • Cellular waste का breakdown

  • Damaged organelles का degradation

  • Intracellular digestion

  • Autophagy में भूमिका


19. Vacuole

Vacuoles membrane-bound structures हैं जिनमें विभिन्न पदार्थ संग्रहित हो सकते हैं।

Plant cells में एक बड़ी central vacuole सामान्यतः पाई जाती है।

कार्य

  • Water storage

  • Ions का storage

  • Food materials का storage

  • Waste products का storage

  • Turgor pressure बनाए रखने में सहायता


20. Centrosome और Centrioles

Animal cells में centrosome महत्वपूर्ण microtubule-organizing centre है।

Centrioles centrosome का प्रमुख structural component हैं।

कार्य

  • Microtubule organization

  • Cell division में spindle formation से संबंधित भूमिका

  • Cilia और flagella के basal bodies से संबंधित भूमिका


21. Cytoskeleton

Cytoskeleton कोशिका के अंदर protein filaments का network है।

इसके तीन प्रमुख components हैं:

  1. Microfilaments

  2. Intermediate Filaments

  3. Microtubules

कार्य

  • Cell shape बनाए रखना

  • Internal organization

  • Cell movement

  • Intracellular transport

  • Cell division में सहायता


22. Cilia और Flagella

ये कोशिका की movement या surface movement से संबंधित संरचनाएँ हैं।

Cilia

छोटी और अनेक संख्या में हो सकती हैं।

उदाहरण: Respiratory tract की कुछ epithelial cells।

Flagella

लंबी और सामान्यतः कम संख्या में होती हैं।

उदाहरण: Human sperm cell में flagellum।


23. Peroxisome

Peroxisomes छोटे membrane-bound organelles हैं।

इनमें विभिन्न oxidative enzymes पाए जाते हैं।

प्रमुख कार्य

  • Fatty acid oxidation

  • Hydrogen peroxide का breakdown

  • Detoxification से संबंधित प्रक्रियाएँ

Catalase enzyme hydrogen peroxide को पानी और oxygen में बदलने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।


24. कोशिका विभाजन (Cell Division)

नई कोशिकाओं के निर्माण के लिए cell division आवश्यक है।

मुख्य प्रकार:

  1. Mitosis

  2. Meiosis


25. Mitosis

Mitosis को Equational Division कहा जाता है।

इसमें एक parent cell से सामान्यतः दो genetically similar daughter cells बनती हैं।

Mitosis growth और tissue repair में महत्वपूर्ण है।

Mitosis के मुख्य चरण

Prophase → Metaphase → Anaphase → Telophase

इसे याद रखने के लिए:

PMAT

Prophase

  • Chromatin condense होकर chromosomes बनता है।

  • Nuclear envelope धीरे-धीरे टूटता है।

  • Spindle apparatus विकसित होता है।

Metaphase

Chromosomes cell के equatorial plane पर व्यवस्थित होते हैं।

Anaphase

Sister chromatids अलग होकर opposite poles की ओर जाते हैं।

Telophase

  • Chromosomes decondense होते हैं।

  • Nuclear envelopes पुनः बनते हैं।

  • दो nuclei बनने लगते हैं।

इसके बाद Cytokinesis होती है।


26. Meiosis

Meiosis को Reduction Division कहा जाता है।

यह मुख्यतः sexually reproducing organisms में gamete formation से संबंधित है।

एक diploid cell से meiosis के परिणामस्वरूप सामान्यतः चार haploid cells बनती हैं।

Meiosis में दो successive divisions होती हैं:

  • Meiosis I

  • Meiosis II

Meiosis I

Chromosome number आधा हो जाता है।

Meiosis II

यह mitosis के समान दिखाई देने वाली division है जिसमें sister chromatids अलग होते हैं।


27. Crossing Over

Crossing over Prophase I of Meiosis के दौरान homologous chromosomes के non-sister chromatids के बीच genetic material के exchange को कहते हैं।

इससे genetic variation उत्पन्न होता है।

Crossing over का प्रमुख चरण:

Pachytene

Crossing-over के visible points को Chiasmata कहा जाता है।

29. Cell Cycle

Cell cycle वह क्रम है जिसमें कोशिका growth करती है, DNA replicate करती है और विभाजित होती है।

इसके प्रमुख phases:

G1 Phase

  • Cell growth

  • Protein synthesis

  • Cellular components का निर्माण

S Phase

इस phase में DNA replication होता है।

G2 Phase

  • Cell division की तैयारी

  • Protein synthesis

  • Organelles और cellular components की तैयारी

M Phase

इसमें nuclear division और cytokinesis शामिल होती है।


30. Apoptosis

Apoptosis programmed cell death है।

यह एक नियंत्रित cellular process है जिसके द्वारा अनावश्यक या क्षतिग्रस्त कोशिकाएँ नियंत्रित तरीके से समाप्त होती हैं।

यह multicellular organisms के normal development और tissue homeostasis में महत्वपूर्ण है।
